Originally built in the 1960s by the European Launcher Development Organisation (ELDO) to cater for scientists, engineers, technicians and Defence personnel. The ELDO Hotel is now a thriving hotel complex with many amenities for guests to enjoy. The hotel has an AAA three star rating featuring both budget and deluxe accommodation.
The ELDO Hotel is one of the largest hotels in outback South Australia and is operated by Eurest Australia. The hotel has over 270 rooms and offers affordable deluxe ensuite rooms, budget and backpacker accommodation as well as self catering apartments.
